Anthony Attan is an award winning sales manager, consultant, coach, and researcher with Focus Leadership, LLC. He has diverse experience as an organizational consultant, including conducting company-wide culture analyses, implementing a code of ethics, and enhancing the performance of work teams. He has also turned around the performance of a sales team for a fitness equipment supplier, and developed an adaptable means to create a climate for sales excellence. In addition, he has worked with a variety of charitable organizations, including the Leadership Development Institute of the University of Detroit Mercy, where he helped leaders more effectively pursue their mission.
Over the past 5 years, Anthony has also been engaged in psychological and organizational research in both educational and professional settings. He was a part of a research team at Michigan State University that studied the contagious effects and mechanisms of emotions. He also researched the effects of fluctuating roles on self-assessment. His current research focuses on leadership and virtual team dynamics, as well as psychometric studies of the Focus Energy Balance Indicator™ (FEBI™).
