Focus Leadership, LLC., was founded by Dr. Ginny Whitelaw and Mark W. Kiefaber with the mission to accelerate the development of whole and balanced leaders. Their unique backgrounds combine best business practices with science, psychology, counseling, and deep, physical training in Zen and martial arts. They have decades of experience delivering world-class leadership programs and executive coaching. Their integrated perspective inspired the creation of the FEBI®(Focus Energy Balance Indicator), which is based on the Coordination Patterns work of Betsy Wetzig, and provides a powerful understanding of the energy patterns underlying personality. Anthony Attan, an industrial-organizational psychologist and FEBI-certified coach, has led our FEBI research efforts, and also research into team climate and virtual team effectiveness. He is a coaching resource to our FEBI-certified users, and a skilled facilitator for enhancing the performance of virtual teams.
