Our 6-month coaching engagements with C-suite and senior leaders typically start by listening deeply to the leaders themselves and those that work up, down and around them. We conduct
360-degree interviews to fully understand their context, challenges and what success looks like. In addition, we use the
FEBI to gain insights into the leaders' strengths, and identify patterns and practices that would support desired shifts.
Our Coaching Brings Leaders to a New Level
We summarize and review all the data with our clients, identify key development areas and a
coaching plan that includes
outcomes and
measures of success.With leaders who are serious about accelerating their development, we identify deep, often physical,practices for sustaining and embodying desired change. We foster progress through
monthly scheduled coaching sessions and interim, as-needed support. As the coaching progresses, we conduct
follow-up interviews with key people to validate the leaders' progress or suggest course corrections.
