Our 6-month coaching package includes:
  • Up front 360-degree interviews
  • FEBI for insights into the leader's strengths, and the patterns and practices that would support desired shifts.
  • A development plan with outcomes and practices to embed / embody learning.
  • Regularly-scheduled coaching as well as interim, as-needed support.
  • Follow-up interviews to validate progress or suggest course corrections.
